## Description

We are looking for a senior consultant with deep expertise in Business Intelligence (BI),and Pharma/Life Sciences analytics to drive strategic data and AI initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills, experience handling large-scale analytics programs, and the ability to translate business problems into scalable analytical solutions., * Lead BI and AI-driven analytics initiatives across Pharma/Life Sciences projects.

 * Design and implement dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, or similar BI platforms.

 * Drive client discussions, solution workshops, and executive presentations related to analytics, AI adoption, and reporting strategies.

 * Recommend innovative BI and AI approaches to improve decision-making, automation, forecasting, and business insights.

 * Act as a trusted advisor to clients for analytics transformation and AI-driven reporting initiatives.

 * Analyze pharma commercial, patient, sales, marketing, and omnichannel datasets to generate actionable insights.

 * Mentor junior team members and provide technical and functional guidance.

 * Present analytical findings and recommendations to leadership and business teams.
