## About the Role

* 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile teams.
 * Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification required.
 * Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or similar Agile tools.
 * Experience managing backlogs, work items, dashboards, and delivery metrics.
 * Strong communication, documentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
 * Experience supporting technical or software development teams., * PMP certification.
 * Experience in large enterprise or government environments.
 * Familiarity with Agile maturity and process improvement initiatives.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support an Agile delivery team working on tolling (E-ZPass) systems. The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage Azure DevOps work items, track project progress, prepare reports, and coordinate with development teams and management., * Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

 * Create and maintain user stories, tasks, and work items in Azure DevOps.
 * Track Agile metrics, project status, risks, blockers, and dependencies.
 * Prepare dashboards, reports, meeting notes, and project documentation.
 * Investigate issues before escalation and support continuous improvement.
 * Coordinate with developers, the Development Manager, and cross-functional teams.
