## Description

Kforce has a client that is seeking a BI Analyst in Miramar, FL., We are seeking a Business Analyst to support strategic and operational initiatives through data analysis, reporting, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. This individual will help identify opportunities for increased efficiency, support business objectives, and provide meaningful insights to stakeholders across the organization.

Duties Include:

 * Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
 * Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
 * Support business improvement initiatives and project-based work
 * Partner with stakeholders across multiple departments to gather requirements and drive outcomes
 * Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for leadership and key stakeholders
 * Assist with planning, prioritization, and execution of business initiatives
 * Investigate and resolve issues through research and data-driven analysis
 * Maintain accurate documentation, reporting processes, and business records
