## About the Role

This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT, driving the optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement of business processes and enterprise applications.

The Business Systems Analyst Manager will lead cross-functional projects, develop system roadmaps, mentor analysts, and ensure technology solutions align with organizational goals while delivering measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

 * Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Systems Analysts.
 * Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system enhancements.
 * Drive standardization of business processes and enterprise solutions across multiple business units.
 * Lead strategic system implementation and enhancement projects from planning through deployment.
 * Support in developing project plans, resource requirements, timelines, risk mitigation strategies, and performance metrics.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.
 * Support the evaluation, selection, and implementation of enterprise applications and integrated systems.
 * Establish testing, validation, and governance standards to ensure solution quality and compliance.
