## About the Role

Consulting, Problem Solving Skills, Identify Issues, Information Technology & Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), NetSuite, Enterprise Architecture, Data Modeling, * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

 * At least 10 years of experience working with ERP systems, including recent hands-on experience with Workday Financials
 * Demonstrated experience supporting a NetSuite-to-Workday implementation or a comparable ERP-to-Workday migration
 * Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, system integrations, data modeling, and data migration strategy and execution
 * Experience with Workday security, tenant management, business processes, reporting, and integration technologies
 * Working knowledge of Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder, Core Connectors, web services, and REST or SOAP APIs
 * Strong working knowledge of Power BI or comparable enterprise reporting and analytics frameworks

## Description

Kforce is looking for a Workday Solutions Architect to come aboard a contract to hire opportunity with one of our clients in Saint Louis, MO. This is intended to be a hands-on architect role, rather than primarily functional or consultative. The architect will:

 * Work directly in Workday
 * Own technical issues through resolution
 * Avoid simply handing problems off to other teams
 * Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues independently
 * Help develop the technical capabilities of the other Workday team members
 * Understand the end-to-end flow of data and integrations
