## Description

Sous la responsabilité du DSI et intégré(e) à l'équipe informatique, vos missions sont :

 * Configurer et installer les différents matériels informatiques

 * Former et accompagner les utilisateurs dans l'utilisation des outils informatiques

 * Apporter une assistance niveau 1 et 2

 * Gérer les sauvegardes de données

 * Tenir à jour les connaissances techniques et fonctionnelles

 * Identifier les problèmes et proposer des solutions pour améliorer les systèmes

 * Sensibiliser les collaborateurs à la sécurité informatique et aux bonnes pratiques
