## About the Role

Backend Development:

 * 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
 * Strong programming skills in Java (preferred), Python, Go, or JavaScript.
 * Extensive experience developing backend applications and RESTful APIs.
 * Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design principles and design patterns.
 * Experience working with distributed systems and high-availability architectures.
 * Strong Linux/Unix fundamentals.

DevOps & Cloud:

 * Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
 * Strong knowledge of Docker and containerization technologies.
 * Experience managing and deploying applications using Kubernetes.
 * Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CodeDeploy, ArgoCD, or similar.
 * Infrastructure automation experience using Terraform, CloudFormation, or related tools.
 * Experience with monitoring and observability tools.

Database & Messaging:

 * Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar relational databases.
 * Hands-on experience with Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or event-driven architectures.
 * Strong understanding of data modeling and performance optimization.

Software Engineering Practices:

 * Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture.
 * Experience with Service Mesh technologies is a plus.
 * Knowledge of secure coding practices and application security.
 * Strong debugging and problem-solving skills., * Experience supporting large-scale internet-facing applications.
 * Big Data ecosystem experience including Spark, Flink, MPP platforms, or Data Warehousing.
 * Exposure to Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.
 * Experience with frontend technologies and UI development.
 * Experience with AI/ML platform integrations is a plus.

 * Build robust APIs and distributed systems capable of handling large-scale workloads.
 * Develop and optimize cloud-native solutions using AWS services.
 * Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and reliable deployments.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, SRE, infrastructure, and security teams.
 * Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause analysis.
 * Improve system reliability, observability, and performance.
 * Participate in architecture reviews and technical design discussions.
 * Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes.
