* Analyze system specifications and translate requirements into technical solutions
 * Design, develop, enhance, and maintain complex mainframe application components
 * Create detailed program specifications and technical documentation
 * Perform unit/system testing, debug issues, and validate results using test data/files
 * Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes and enhancements
 * Coordinate and support application implementations and changes
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and solution approach
