At least 1 year, We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to support work for the U.S. Navy's Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) command. This role involves leading complex projects within a dynamic, large system-of-systems engineering portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented self-starter with exceptional leadership, organization, and communication skills, as well as some systems engineering experience., * Technical Planning

 * PMP Certification
 * Active Secret Clearance
 * 1 year+ of Navy Experience
 * Experience managing complex DoD/DoW projects or programs
 * Experience using MS SharePoint as a project repository
 * Understanding of basic systems engineering concepts and processes

Additional Skills & Qualifications

 * Bachelor's degree or higher
 * Understanding of MBSE/DE
 * Experience with or supporting U.S. Navy submarine shipboard and/or weapon systems

## Description

* Define and manage a master project plan, establish a governance framework, and maintain a weekly work management cadence to ensure timely completion of deliverables and achievement of milestones.
 * Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to manage all phases of the systems engineering lifecyclerequirements, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deploymentwhile ensuring alignment to stakeholder needs.
 * Provide clear, accurate, and value-added communications to both team members and leadership.
 * Perform status reporting, issue resolution, and stakeholder management.
 * Coordinate with other project managers across the portfolio to ensure consistency of processes and deliverables.
 * Help develop industry-specific delivery accelerators such as templates, best practices, and automation tools.
 * Manage and monitor risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans.
 * Maintain project collaboration and artifact repository sites.
