In this role, you will design, build, and operate the agents and supporting infrastructure that enable travelers to resolve complex servicing needs end-to-end - without human intervention. This includes working on agent orchestration, tool integration, LLM-powered reasoning pipelines, and the backend services that make these experiences reliable at scale. You will collaborate closely with Product, XD, and Program Management to shape both the technical direction and the traveler experience.
