## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Business Analysis.
 * Strong hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform.
 * Experience managing product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
 * Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
 * Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, QA engineers, and business stakeholders.
 * Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other relevant Salesforce products.
 * Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
 * Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools.
 * Ability to prioritize competing requirements and make data-driven product decisions.
 * Experience coordinating UAT, sprint releases, and product enhancements.
