## About the Role

Consulting, Consulting, Production Support, Technical Recruiting, Maintenance Services, Production Management, Root Cause Analysis, Technical/Engineering Design, Production Control, Continuous Improvement, * Bachelor''s degree in Business, HR, Information Systems, or related discipline.

 * 6-10+ years of Workday HCM functional experience.
 * Strong knowledge of:

o Core HCM, * Experience leading Workday production support.

 * Experience interacting directly with business stakeholders.
 * Strong incident management and prioritization skills.
 * Excellent communication and leadership abilities., * Multiple Workday certifications.
 * Experience leading AMS or Managed Services teams.
 * Experience with Workday implementations and post-production stabilization.
 * Experience supporting global HR organizations.
 * Knowledge of ITIL service management practices

## Description

* Serve as the primary onsite functional lead supporting Workday HCM production.
 * Partner closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Recruiting, and IT stakeholders.
 * Manage production incidents, service requests, and system enhancements.
 * Lead root cause analysis and coordinate resolution across functional and technical teams.
 * Provide governance for Workday configuration changes.
 * Review and approve solution designs for functional enhancements.
 * Coordinate testing activities for Workday releases and production deployments.
 * Monitor production health and recommend continuous improvements.
 * Support post-go-live stabilization activities.
 * Mentor offshore and nearshore AMS teams.
