## Description

Seeking an experienced Mainframe DBA Manager/Lead with 12-20+ years of mainframe experience and 8-16+ years of DB2 for z/OS database administration experience. The candidate will lead enterprise DB2 environments, ensuring database performance, availability, security, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery., * Lead DB2 for z/OS administration, database design, and architecture.

 * Manage SQL performance tuning, access path analysis, and capacity planning.
 * Oversee DB2 utilities, maintenance, backup, recovery, and DR operations.
 * Lead DB2 upgrades, subsystem migrations, and modernization initiatives.
 * Handle critical production incidents, root cause analysis, and L3/L4 escalations.
 * Ensure database security, compliance, and operational standards.
 * Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration.
