Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents, or other conversational AI platforms to create intelligent assistants that automate repetitive business processes and improve user self-service capabilities. Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with external systems through REST APIs, connectors, web services, and data gateways. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C#, .NET, Java, R, or Visual Basic to support advanced automation, custom integrations, and data processing requirements. Familiarity with machine learning, AI concepts, and agentic AI solutions to enhance decision-making and workflow automation initiatives. Understanding of Power Platform governance, security, environment management, and best practices for enterprise-scale deployments. Experience working with supply chain, operations, analytics, or business process improvement initiatives is preferred but not required. Knowledge of networking concepts, client-server architecture, file transfer
protocols (FTP/SFTP), and enterprise application integrations. Ability to interpret workflow diagrams, process documentation, and business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver solutions in a fast-paced business environment. Education & Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Equivalent hands-on professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Minimum 4+ years of software development, application development, business intelligence, automation, or Power Platform experience preferred.
