## Description

Kforce has an exciting one-year contract position, with the opportunity to convert into a full-time role, with a client in Austin, TX. This client is seeking an onsite Endpoint Support Specialist, and the role supports various sites with the main office located in Downtown Austin.

Principal Accountabilities:

 * Provide break/fix support for phones, computers, and printers to ensure that endpoint technology assets function at optimal level
 * Install new and updated end-user devices across the bank and network hardware at branches to ensure branch technology is up to date and to maintain a continuous replacement cycle
 * Train new users to use hardware and software to maximize total work efficiency
