## Description

As a senior or lead software developer on our IT Control Balancing team, you'll design, develop, and support solutions that ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of critical enterprise data and financial processes. You'll focus on our enterprise balancing and control platform, Assure (from Precisely), where we develop and maintain controls that validate data accuracy and completeness across key financial and business applications. In this role, you'll partner with IT and business teams to analyze complex systems, understand data flows, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver reliable, scalable solutions that meet evolving business needs. You'll also solve complex business and technology challenges while guiding technical direction and mentoring other developers. The role also includes participation in a 24x7 rotating on-call support schedule.
