## About the Role

* 2-4 years of technical support experience in a complex, fast-paced environment
 * Proficiency with current Windows and macOS operating systems
 * Experience documenting and managing support tickets in ServiceNow
 * Strong communication, customer service, professionalism, and adapting quickly is a MUST
 * The candidate must obtain two of the following certifications within 180 working days of hire:

CompTIA A+, Network+, or SecurityCisco CCNA ISC2 CC Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate A Microsoft Fundamentals certification in areas such as Azure, AI, Data, or Security - Associate degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field - Previous experience in a highly matrixed healthcare environment - Experience leading small-to-medium IT projects and training junior support

## Description

Provide on-site and remote IT support for healthcare providers, clinicians, and business staff. This person will install, configure, image, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, software, mobile devices, peripherals, networks, and basic audio/video technology. They will also manage ServiceNow tickets, maintain IT inventory, train users and junior support staff, and lead small-to-medium IT projects. The role includes on-call coverage, occasional nights and weekends, and travel between locations.
