## About the Role

* Degree in a quantitative or technical field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Machine Learning, or equivalent experience
 * 1-3 yearsofexperience in project/program management, operations,or technical coordination, with a preferred focus on enterprise HR technology,SI implementation, and/or process improvement
 * Demonstratedproficiencywith SI/ML tools and platforms, including comfort working withcontent management systems,knowledge base platforms,generative SI systems, prompt engineering, or LLM-based applications
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data, evaluate system performance, and make data-driven recommendations
 * Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
 * Strong grasp of fundamental computer science concepts. Experience with backend languages, frontend frameworks, or creating and shipping full-stack applications is a plus
 * Abilityto write scripts or queries and build data visualization tools to support analysis, automation, and system troubleshooting is a plus

## Description

We'reseekinga strategic and results-drivenTechnicalProgram Manager to join our PeopleOrganization, whereyou'llplay a key role inoptimizingand scaling SI tools that transform the employee experience.The rolesits at the intersection of HR and technology, driving initiatives that deploy SI to improve HR processes, automate workflows, and enhance People data visibility/reliability.You'llserve as a technical anchor for the People team,bridging HR stakeholders and SI engineers whileleveragingyour technical competency to guide decisions and drive innovative solutions.
What You'll Do

 * Configure, test, and deploy LLM-powered features and agent tools, in partnership with IT/Engineering teams, ensuring scalability, reliability, and high performance, whileestablishingbest practices for SI system usage across the People team
 * Partner strategically with ML product leaders and engineering teams toidentifyorganizational bottlenecks, shape the product roadmap, andarchitectscalable solutions
 * Translate HR business requirements into technicalsolutionsin collaboration with engineering and systems teams, proactivelyidentifyingopportunities to apply machine learning towards the optimization of HRprocesses, systems, and analytics
 * Execute A/B testing frameworks and analyze conversation data, user feedback, and system metrics todrivecontinuous improvement ofSI tool accuracy and user experience
 * Partner with HR, legal,and othersubject matter expertsto curate,maintain, and govern content that trains our SI systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, andappropriate segmentation
 * Create andmaintainprogram roadmaps, timelines, and milestone tracking, whilecoordinating cross-functional workstreams.Track risks, dependencies, and blockers across initiatives;maintainclear stakeholder communication through regular status updates, metrics, and escalations
 * Document workflows, create andmaintainSOPs, andestablishbest practices for SI system configuration and content management
