* 8+ years of experience in Java backend development.
 * Strong proficiency in Java 8/11/17 or later versions.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Java Backend Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, high-performance backend applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, REST APIs, and cloud technologies. This role requires hands-on development experience, technical leadership, and the ability to mentor developers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust enterprise applications., * Lead the design, development, and implementation of backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.

 * Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance microservices architectures.
 * Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
 * Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and guidance to development team members.
 * Define coding standards, development best practices, and architectural guidelines.
 * Collaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements.
 * Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
 * Implement database solutions using relational and NoSQL databases.
