## Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager III / Senior Agile Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile project management, hybrid Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and cross-functional team collaboration.
In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA teams, and other technical teams to deliver high-quality applications and software solutions while ensuring project timelines, budgets, scope, and quality standards are met., * Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of software development projects using Agile and hybrid Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

 * Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and delivery milestones.
 * Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, project estimation, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
 * Collaborate with Agile Project Managers, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, priorities, and deliverables.
 * Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes, and resource constraints to ensure successful delivery.
 * Work with technical teams to ensure requirements, acceptance criteria, Definition of Ready, and Definition of Done are clearly established and met.
 * Use Jira for project tracking, workflow management, sprint execution, and release planning.
 * Monitor project progress, analyze delivery metrics, and communicate status updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 * Promote Agile best practices, continuous improvement, collaboration, and effective project governance.
 * Support teams transitioning between Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies as needed.
