## About the Role

* Bachelor's or higher degree in science, technology, engineering or math (STEM)
 * CAM leadership experience
 * Knowledge and application of Systems Engineering processes
 * Experience with proposal preparation and negotiation
 * Knowledge of program management, finance, contracts, Earned Value Management (EVM) and demonstrated business insight
 * Must have an active Top Secret Security clearance

## Description

* Serve as the primary SEIT manager engagement with other managers for coordinating support, budget, and schedule inputs and management
 * Provide SEIT techncial support to BOEs and proposal for advanced missile program (AMP) team
 * Own the implementation of the systems-engineering technical review process, directs change-lead activities, and oversees SEIT program integration of development projects into D5LE Program to ensure seamless technical execution across the organization

Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
