## Description

* Administer and support Active Directory and Azure Active Directory environments, including user access, group policies, and directory health.

 * Maintain Microsoft Windows Server infrastructure to ensure strong performance, availability, and security across business systems.

 * Provide ongoing support for Citrix technologies, resolving access issues and improving the end-user experience for remote and on-site teams.

 * Manage Microsoft Exchange operations, including mailbox administration, service reliability, and issue resolution.

 * Monitor system performance, troubleshoot infrastructure problems, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.

 * Partner with internal technology teams to apply updates, strengthen security controls, and maintain system documentation.

 * Assist with infrastructure-related projects and operational improvements as needed, including work tied to platform or environment changes.

 * Deliver technical support and root-cause analysis for escalated server, directory, and messaging incidents. Requirements * Hands-on experience supporting Active Directory in an enterprise environment.
