## About the Role

* Minimum of 6 years' recent experience managing Linux based systems
 * Experience with AWS environment for managing VPC's, configuring and deploying virtual systems.
 * IAVAs STE/STN and system patching
 * Experience with Elastic Search functionality
 * Knowledge of Network Protocols
 * Experienced providing customer support
 * Understanding of fundamental networking and distributed computing environment concepts, Linux desktop systems, performance tuning and capacity planning of servers (hardware and software levels)
 * Ability to write Shell and Ansible or SALT scripts.
 * Write and maintain system technical documentation.
 * A self-starter who can work closely with the team but requires little oversight in completing requires SA tasks., Basic Requirements:
 * Active TS/SCI with current Polygraph required
 * DOD 8570 compliance (such as Security+ cert)
 * Fifteen (15) years' experience as a Systems Administrator
 * Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline

 * 5 additional years of experience as a system administrator may be substituted for a degree
