## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience; may also possess a Doctorate. (Additional equivalent experience may be used in lieu of completed educational requirements)\n
 * 2+ years relevant experience supporting Agile software development programs\n
 * Experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator within a software development environment\n
 * Working knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe\n
 * Experience using Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence\n
 * Strong communication and collaboration skills\n
 * Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with both technical and non-technical audiences\n
 * Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust\n
 * U.S. citizenship required\n
 * Successful completion of background investigations as required by the government customer\n, * Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification\n
 * Experience supporting government programs\n
 * Experience working in SAFe environments or Agile Release Trains\n
 * Experience with DevOps, software engineering, or systems engineering teams\n
 * Experience with safety-critical or highly regulated software domains\n
 * Knowledge of air traffic control systems, air traffic management, or flight services\n
 * Track record of successful delivery on large government programs\n
 * Desired but not required: Commutable distance to Gaithersburg, MD; Eagan, MN; or Egg Harbor Township, NJ.\n
