## About the Role

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung von Enterprise-Software mit Java.
 * Studium der Informatik, Ausbildung als MATSE (Mathematisch-technische*r Softwareentwickler*in) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
 * Erfahrung mit agilen Entwicklungsmethoden (z.B. Scrum, Kanban) sowie Kenntnisse moderner Softwarearchitekturen, idealerweise Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
 * Interesse an neuen Technologien und Erfahrung mit oder Offenheit gegenüber KI-gestützten Entwicklungstools (z. B. GitHub Copilot, Claude Code oder vergleichbar).
 * Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
 * Teamgeist, Eigenverantwortung und Freude daran, Wissen weiterzugeben.
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (beides mind. C1)

Nice-to-have

 * Erfahrung mit Cloud-Technologien, idealerweise AWS.
 * Kenntnisse im Aufbau und Betrieb von SaaS-Lösungen sowie DevOps-Praktiken wie CI/CD oder Infrastructure as Code.

 * Du gestaltest die Cloud-Transformation aktiv mit, triffst Architektur- und Designentscheidungen und entwickelst skalierbare Lösungen für komplexe fachliche Anforderungen.
 * Du setzt technische Impulse im Team, sorgst für qualitativ hochwertige Software und unterstützt Kolleg*innen durch Wissensaustausch und Mentoring.
