## About the Role

We're looking for a talented and experienced full-time WordPress Developer to build and maintain high-end websites for a diverse range of clients. In this role, you'll be responsible for both Back End and Front End development, including eCommerce functionality, advanced plugins, site integrations, and ongoing maintenance., * A skilled developer with a passion for creating seamless, high-performance websites.

 * Experience with custom WordPress development, including PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
 * A problem solver with a keen eye for detail and a can-do attitude.
 * A collaborative team player who thrives in a creative and fast-paced environment.
 * Ability to take direction and continuously improve your skills., * 2+ years work experience as a WordPress Developer with work examples.
 * Knowledge of Front End and Back End technologies including CSS, JavaScript, HTML and PHP.
 * Experience working with debugging and testing tools
 * Good understanding of website architecture and responsive design.
 * Ability to project manage, adjust priorities, and collaborate with clients.
 * Good communication skills and ability to develop ideas and clearly express them.

## Description

* Collaboration with team and clients to discuss and define website requirements.
 * Build and maintain Wordpress websites from start to finish based on provided and approved designs and content architecture.
 * Configuring and managing website Back End features including database and server integration.
 * Troubleshooting and resolving reported website issues from team and clients.
 * Working with server environments for performance monitoring and setup of website accounts and server related features/resources.
 * Using Scripting or authoring languages, management tools, applications, and digital media.
 * Evaluating code to ensure it meets industry standards, is valid, is properly structured, and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems.
 * Exploring and recommending new website frameworks, development methodologies and processes to optimize team workflow.
 * Maintaining an understanding of the latest Web applications and programming practices through education and research.
