## About the Role

* Overall IT experience - 10+ years preferred; consider 7+ years for a highly relevant cloud operations/DevOps background
 * Cloud Operations / DevOps - 7+ years preferred
 * Terraform - 5+ years preferred; must have hands-on troubleshooting and remediation experience
 * AWS - 5+ years supporting AWS cloud environments
 * Jenkins - Hands-on CI/CD pipeline troubleshooting and operational support
 * Ansible - Hands-on automation and playbook troubleshooting
 * Kubernetes / AWS EKS - Production support experience
 * Docker - Working knowledge and production troubleshooting exposure
 * On-call - Experience supporting customer-facing production systems with defined SLAs

Must-Have Technical Skills

 * Terraform: infrastructure changes, debugging, drift remediation, state awareness, and consistency across environments.
 * Jenkins: diagnose, maintain, and stabilize existing pipelines; support automated OneTouch deployments.
 * Ansible: automate configuration management and operational tasks; troubleshoot failed playbooks.
 * AWS and AWS EKS.
 * Kubernetes: deployments, pods, services, logs, health checks, and common failure patterns.
 * Production monitoring and logging: Grafana, Dynatrace, or comparable observability tools. On-call and incident management under response-time expectations.
 * CLI-based system and deployment troubleshooting.
