* Strong hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM, including Hire, Pre-Hire, Onboarding, Change Job, and Termination.
 * Experience designing and configuring complex business processes, including approvals, validations, notifications, conditions, and routing.
 * Strong knowledge of Workday domain security, business process security, role-based access, organization-based access, segment-based security, and intersection security.
 * Expertise in calculated fields and advanced Workday reporting, including complex and matrix reports.
 * Understanding of organizations, staffing, and the employee lifecycle.
 * Working knowledge of Workday Absence and Time Tracking.
 * Familiarity with Workday integrations and integration security.
