## About the Role

* Bachelor's Degree in one of the following: Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline
 * Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience
 * Requirements development and test experience with missile systems
 * Experience developing integrated solutions intended for classified operation within secure compartmentalized areas.
 * DAU systems engineering certification desired, * Must be willing to positively participate and contribute to a team environment, possess self-motivation skills, be dependable and trustworthy.
 * Must be able to problem-solve, communicate effectively and possess proficient organizational, interpersonal, and multi-tasking abilities.
 * Ability to interpret standards, specifications, procedures, drawings.
 * Participate in developing project plans, analytical methods, and writing test reports; assist with creating, maintaining, and revising product project plans and effectively communicate project deadlines.

## Description

The Systems Engineer has primary responsibility for the development and management of system/subsystem requirements, conduct of trade space analyses, and development of contract deliverables. A solid knowledge of Munitions technologies (e.g., navigation/GPS, datalinks) and test methods across Live, Virtual, and Constructive domains is required.
