* Signals Evaluation Processing:Perform technical signal analysis, parameter definition, and signal processing to extract intelligence, identify traffic patterns, and map operational communication links.
 + ICS/SCADA Domain Analysis: Conduct deep-dive signals analysis on specialized data streams, telemetry, and communication protocols associated with Industrial Control Systems (ICS), SCADA networks, and physical infrastructure automation.
 + Operational Support for USCC: Collaborate directly with U.S. Cyber Command planners and mission teams to integrate signal insights into cyber operational workflows and target development pipelines.
 + Reporting Technical Intelligence: Produce comprehensive technical intelligence reports, signal characterization profiles, and analytical summaries for mission partners and joint cyber components.
 + Tool Method Optimization: Refine analytical methodologies and leverage specialized signals analysis tools to evaluate emerging, non-standard, or complex signal environments.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline, PLUS 8+ years of professional experience in data science, NLP, or software engineering OR High School Diploma / GED, PLUS 12+ years of specialized technical experience in lieu of a degree.
