Betreuung der IT-Infrastruktur und aller angeschlossenen Kommunikationssysteme zur Sicherstellung eines störungsfreien Betriebs Administration der Microsoft Server und der damit verbundenen Systeme, Anwendungen und Datenbanken Annahme und Lösung von Störungen, Installation und Pflege der Software und Wartung der Hardware Unterstützung bei der Anpassung und Weiterentwicklung der vorhandenen IT-Systeme und Begleitung von Neuinstallationen / Austausch von Diensten und Systemen Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von IT-Projekten Verantwortung und Pflege von Benutzerkonten und Rollen in verschiedenen IT-Systemen Betreuung der IT-Sicherheitsinfrastruktur
