Betreuung der IT-Support Einheit per Fernwartung oder vor Ort zzgl. fachspezifischer Bearbeitung eingehender Tickets im IT-Ticketsystem Adäquate Lösungsfindung sowie Meldung und Behebung von IT-Störungen Qualifizierung der Fehlermeldungen unter Berücksichtigung der Vorgaben, inklusive der Weiterleitung an den 3nd Level Supporter Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Fachabteilungen, insbesondre dem Vertrieb Eigenständige Durchführung von Konfigurationen im Kundenauftrag
