## About the Role

System Integration (SI), Integration Testing, Test Automation, Integration Testing, Military, Aerospace and Defense, Consulting, System Integration (SI), Test Plan/Schedule, Software Development, * 4+ years of software development experience using C, C++, and/or LabVIEW.

 * 4+ years of experience supporting production environments.
 * 6+ years of test equipment design experience.
 * 6+ years of electronic testing experience.
 * 6+ years of mechanical testing experience.
 * Experience integrating and testing hardware and software components, subsystems, and complete systems.
 * Experience developing and executing comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules.
 * Experience troubleshooting hardware/software interfaces.
 * Ability to analyze test results and prepare detailed system or subsystem evaluation reports.
 * Experience performing regression testing to verify and validate incorporated fixes.

Preferred Skills

 * Experience with LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, and National Instruments (NI) systems.

## Description

PGS Worldwide is seeking a Systems Integration & Test Engineer in Orlando, Florida for a one-year onsite contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. This position will support the integration, development, testing, and maintenance of complex automated test systems used with electro-optical sensor hardware for military applications., * Plan, implement, test, document, and maintain system integration and test solutions.

 * Translate customer and contractual requirements into practical system-test solutions.
 * Establish functional and technical specifications, standards, and interface requirements.
 * Troubleshoot hardware/software interface issues.
 * Develop and execute comprehensive system and subsystem test plans and procedures.
 * Coordinate integration and testing activities across engineering and program teams.
 * Analyze test results and prepare verification and validation reports.
 * Write discrepancy reports and perform regression testing.
 * Support development and maintenance of automated production test equipment.
