Verantwortung für den 1st und 2nd Level Support, sowohl telefonisch, als auch beim Kunden vor Ort Überprüfung der Funktionalität von Hard- und Softwarekomponenten Analyse und Dokumentation der auftretenden System- und Anwendungsfehlern Bereitstellung, Installation und Konfiguration von Arbeitsplatzsystemen für neue Mitarbeiter Individuelle Projektbetreuung der IT-Service Kunden
