Steuerung und Überwachung der IT-Serviceprozesse zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen IT-Betriebs Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Service Level Agreements (SLAs) und IT-Sicherheitsstandards Koordination der IT-Support-Teams (1st, 2nd und 3rd Level) und Schnittstelle zwischen IT und Anwendern Analyse und Behebung von Störungen sowie Eskalation an externe Dienstleister bei komplexen IT-Problemen Erstellung von IT-Berichten und Service-Analysen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der IT-Services Verantwortung für die Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten zur Optimierung der Servicequalität Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen und IT-Spezialisten
