Planung, Installation und Konfiguration von IT-Systemen und Netzwerkinfrastrukturen Dokumentation von Systemkonfigurationen, Prozessen und Arbeitsanweisungen Verwaltung und Wartung von Servern, Arbeitsplatzrechnern und Peripheriegeräten Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit, Integrität und Sicherheit der IT-Infrastruktur Fehleranalyse und -behebung sowie Troubleshooting bei auftretenden Problemen Implementierung von IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen und Datenschutzrichtlinien Durchführung von Backups und Disaster-Recovery-Strategien Betreuung und Unterstützung der Anwender bei technischen Fragen und Problemen
