## Description

* Support mission-critical web service development for an enterprise Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) solution.
 * Design, develop, integrate, test, and maintain secure, highly available services utilizing Java, REST, Docker, and Kubernetes., * Develop and maintain enterprise web services that support Attribute Based Access Control by managing attributes and access decisions.
 * Integrate software services with COTS LDAP directories, microservices, and external libraries.
 * Build and manage automated CI/CD pipelines utilizing GitLab, Git, and Maven within Linux environments.
 * Design and execute comprehensive unit and integration tests using JUnit and mocking frameworks.
 * Deploy, configure, and monitor containerized web services using Docker and Kubernetes.
 * Implement and maintain PKI certificate management for secure service-to-service communication.
