Bearbeitung der gemeldeten Anfragen und Störungen im Rahmen des 1st -Level-Supports sowie Unterstützung des 2nd Level Supports bei der Administration von Windows Servern Telefonische und schriftliche Betreuung der User darüber hinaus auch die Betreuung vor Ort Eigenständige und fachgerechte Installation und Konfiguration von Windows Umgebungen Pflege und Dokumentation der aufgetretenen Fehlersituationen Unterstützung bei der Koordination von externen Dienstleistern
