Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen Fundierte Berufserfahrung im 1st & 2nd Level Support Erfahrungen im Umgang mit gängiger Bürosoftware, sehr gutes Wissen in Bezug auf LAN/WAN-Störungen, Windows 10 und MS-Office 2016/2019 Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen sowie Erfahrung in Citrix und SINA-Notebooks von Vorteil Teamfähigkeit, eine strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenzen und eine selbständige sowie lösungsorientierte Denkweise

## Description

Fachgerechte Bearbeitung der telefonischen und schriftlichen Störungsmeldungen der Endanwender Erfassung von Störungsmeldungen im Ticketsystem sowie Dokumentation relevanter Informationen zu den Störungsmeldungen inkl. Workarounds und known errors Eigenständige Qualifizierung der Störungen und gegebenenfalls die damit verbundene Weiterleitung an die entsprechenden Fachabteilungen Koordination von Hardwaretausch, System Downtime und vor Ort Terminen inklusive der Terminabsprache mit allen Beteiligten Nachverfolgung von Störungsmeldungen und Sicherstellung der Service Level Agreements
