Störungsannahme, Fehleranalyse und -behebung (vor Ort sowie via Telefon, E-Mail und remote) sowie Dokumentation im Ticketsystem Kompetenter Ansprechpartner für die Mitarbeitenden bei allen Themen rund um die IT-Systeme Installation, Konfiguration und Administration von Netzwerkkomponenten Koordination von externen Partnern und Dienstleistern Anfertigung von IT-Dokumentationen Verwaltung von User Accounts sowie Störungsbeseitigung bei Desktops, Notebooks und mobilen Geräten Durchführung von Soft- und Hardwareinstallationen Unterstützung und Durchführung vielfältiger IT-Projekte
