Bereitstellung von IT-Support direkt vor Ort bei den Kunden Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hardware und Software Fehlerbehebung und Lösung von technischen Problemen bei Endbenutzern Schulung und Unterstützung der Anwender bei der Nutzung von IT-Systemen Koordination mit anderen Supportteams und Eskalation von komplexen Problemen Dokumentation von Supportvorgängen und Erstellung von Berichten Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten und Rollouts
