## About the Role

* 25+ years of experience in desktop support, endpoint administration, field services, or a similar role.

Microsoft Intune (Mobile Device Management Software), Were looking for an Endpoint Computer Refresh Analyst to support a large-scale hardware refresh initiative in Columbus. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys endpoint technology, device deployments, troubleshooting, and working directly with end users.

Youll help manage the full refresh lifecycle, from preparing and imaging Windows devices to deploying equipment, migrating users, validating connectivity, and ensuring assets are accurately documented.

What Youll Do

 * Prepare, image, configure, test, and deploy laptops and desktops.
 * Manage Windows endpoints using Microsoft Intune and SCCM / Configuration Manager.
 * Support Windows 10/11 hardware refreshes and workstation swaps.
 * Apply required security policies, applications, and device configurations.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, profiles, peripherals, and connectivity issues.
 * Coordinate directly with end users during device replacements and provide post-deployment support.
 * Support iOS and Android device enrollment and configuration as needed.
 * Maintain accurate device, assignment, serial number, and lifecycle information within the CMDB / IT asset management system.
 * Partner with Desktop Engineering, Service Desk, and IT Asset Management teams throughout the refresh process., This is a great fit for someone who wants to be directly involved in a high-volume endpoint refresh initiative rather than sitting in a traditional help desk environment. Youll have ownership across the refresh process while working with Intune, SCCM, Windows endpoints, asset management, and end users.
