Verwaltung der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur zur Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen IT-Betriebs Einrichtung von Hard- und Software Überwachung von Server- und Netzwerkinfrastrukturen inklusive der Verwaltung von Microsoft-Systemumgebungen Installation, Pflege und Administration von virtuellen Servern (VMware) Übernahme des 2nd und 3rd Level Supports inklusive Troubleshooting sowie Analyse und Behebung von Störungen Sicherstellung der IT-Security Erstellung und Pflege von Netzwerk-/ Systemdokumentationen Übernahme vielfältiger IT-Projekte Koordination und Überwachung von externen Dienstleistern
