## About the Role

 * 5+ years of experience in software development with C#, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, XML
 * 2+ years of experience as a Technical Lead or Architect
 * Experience with integrations and data migration projects
 * Experience with Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform preferred
 * Exceptional communication skills for client interaction, presentations, etc.

## Description

* Work closely with clients and prospects to provide solutions that help them drive innovation across the digital landscape
 * Lead client discovery calls and whiteboarding sessions to evaluate their current systems, applications and infrastructure
 * Lead discussions on solution options, impacts and risks and provide estimates
 * Propose, design and architect D365 and Power Platform solutions while staying hands on doing technical development work
 * Provide technical leadership to others in developing, testing, deploying and supporting custom solutions
 * Finalize technical specs for customizations, integrations and/or custom development
 * Lead and mentor other developers on projects
 * Spend 50% of your time writing high quality code that is scalable and reliable
