Eigenverantwortliche Administration, Qualitätssicherung und Optimierung der bestehenden IT-Infrastruktur Planung und Umsetzung von internen IT-Projekten Kompetente Beratung und Schulung der Mitarbeitenden bei technischen Schwierigkeiten und Anwendungsfragen inklusive Dokumentation Installation, Konfiguration und Pflege von Hard- und Software sowie das Beheben von Systemstörungen Pflege des IT-Inventars in den vorhandenen Systemtools Aufbau und Betreuung der Hardware der IT-Arbeitsplätze der Mitarbeiter Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Betreuung mobiler Geräte (wie z.B. Diensthandys) Überwachung der Datensicherung Mitwirkung bei der laufenden Optimierung der IT-Prozesse
