The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C#, .NET, Blazor, Razor components, ASP.NET Core, and SQL Server, along with experience developing secure, scalable, and maintainable web applications., * Develop front-end design documents, including wireframes and UI mockups, in coordination with OA OIT staff to meet Keystone Design System (KDS) requirements. * Prepare back-end technical documentation, including data dictionaries, entity relationship diagrams (ERDs), and architectural documents. * Serve as the lead programmer for the PSE SLDS Portal web application. * Coordinate with OA OIT staff to identify network, database, application, and other technical requirements. * Work with the GGDC Project Manager and other stakeholders to track project status, risks, obstacles, and development roadmap impacts. * Lead testing activities, develop and execute test cases, and resolve software bugs and other system deficiencies.
