## Description

Following our pre-seed round, we're hiring for our first engineers: a founding backend engineer, and a founding design engineer.
Your role as our founding engineer (backend) will be to work on our backend systems, cloud architecture, AI models, and agentic workflows.
The role will span beyond the traditional bounds of engineering… As an early hire you will be expected to take shared overall ownership of the product, speak to users, and ensure an incredible user experience. We're in this together; we win as a team and lose as a team., Our backend is all written in python, with FastAPI, hosted on Supabase, AWS ECS, and Lambda functions. We use a variety of models for different use cases, but predominantly OpenAI.
