## About the Role

We're looking for a technically strong integration specialist who is comfortable taking ownership and delivering solutions hands-on., * Proven experience personally designing, building and supporting production integrations between Salesforce and NetSuite.

 * Hands-on MuleSoft experience, including working with Composer.
 * Strong knowledge of Salesforce objects, relationships, permissions and automation.
 * Good understanding of NetSuite customer, order, fulfilment and financial records.
 * Experience integrating CRM, ERP and ecommerce platforms.
 * Strong API and data skills, including REST, JSON, authentication, webhooks/polling and data transformation.
 * Experience with monitoring, error handling, reconciliation and controlled deployments.
 * Ability to troubleshoot and write code where configuration alone isn't sufficient.
 * Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with Shopify APIs, MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, DataWeave, NetSuite SuiteTalk or SuiteScript would be advantageous.
Relevant Salesforce or MuleSoft certifications would also be beneficial but are not essential.

## Description

My Key Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Systems Integration Lead to join an established and growing organisation based in Watford.
This is a senior, hands-on technical role responsible for owning and developing integrations across Salesforce, NetSuite and Shopify, working within an existing MuleSoft environment.

You'll combine solution design with hands-on development, taking ownership of existing integrations while building new flows, improving data accuracy and ensuring systems remain reliable as the business develops.

The Role Key responsibilities will include:

 * Design, build and maintain integrations across Salesforce, NetSuite and Shopify.
 * Work hands-on within the existing MuleSoft environment, including Composer.
 * Review existing integrations, mappings, dependencies and issues.
 * Develop API-based solutions and custom code where required.
 * Manage customer, order and fulfilment data between systems.
 * Test, monitor and troubleshoot integrations.
 * Identify and resolve failures and data inconsistencies.
 * Maintain technical documentation and integration records.
 * Support controlled releases and ongoing system improvements.

An initial priority will be improving the flow of NetSuite fulfilment and delivery information into Salesforce, ensuring accurate and reliable order status information.
