 * Reisebereitschaft für gelegentliche Aufenthalte zwischen den Standorten sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens C1)
 * Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke

* Gesamtverantwortung für Softwareprojekte über alle Phasen: Anforderungsanalyse, Planung, Entwicklung, Test, Rollout und Übergabe an den Betrieb
 * Steuerung interner Entwicklungsteams und externer Dienstleister sowie Sicherstellung von Qualität, Budget und Termintreue
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Roadmaps, Milestones und Projektreporting ans PMO
 * Unterstützung des Product Ownership Teams bei Backlog-Pflege, Priorisierungsworkshops und Definition von Akzeptanzkriterien
 * Sicherstellung eines transparenten Informationsflusses zwischen allen Projektbeteiligten und Stakeholdern
