 * Entscheidungsstärke & Geschmack: Datengestützte Entscheidungsfindung, ergänzt durch gesundes Urteilsvermögen und ein Gespür für gute Produkte.

## Description

* Roadmap-Entwicklung: Verantwortung für eine klare, priorisierte Produkt-Roadmap, abgeleitet aus Markttrends, Kundenfeedback und Unternehmenszielen.
 * Backlog-Management: Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung des Backlogs inkl. Priorisierung, Erstellung sprint-fähiger User Stories und PRDs bei Bedarf.
 * End-to-End Delivery: Steuerung des gesamten Prozesses: von der ersten Idee über Discovery und Launch bis zur KPI-Messung.
 * Standortübergreifende Zusammenarbeit: Enge Abstimmung mit Teams in Berlin und Karlsruhe sowie Stakeholdern aus Marketing, Sales und Management.
 * Prototyping & AI-Workflow: Täglicher, produktiver Einsatz von AI-Tools für Dokumentation, Analyse und schnelle Iteration sowie mit dem Fokus, Hypothesen erlebbar zu machen, statt sie nur zu beschreiben.
 * Klare Kommunikation: Vermittlung von Visionen und Anforderungen auf allen Ebenen, vom Engineering bis zur Geschäftsführung.
